With five years of experience as a realtor, Alanna has built a strong reputation for guiding both buyers and sellers with care and expertise. Before entering real estate, she worked in sales for an environmental, architectural, and engineering firm, where she honed her skills in client relations and negotiation.

Born and raised on Cape Cod, Alanna is proud to be the third generation in her family involved in real estate and vacation rentals. She’s thrilled to be part of the Gillen Residential team and has always embraced teamwork from collaborating on sales teams in her previous career to competing in sports growing up.

Having personally gone through the process of relocating from San Francisco back to Boston and then to the suburbs Alanna is passionate about helping others find their ideal home and community. She also owns investment properties on Cape Cod and in Maine, giving her firsthand experience managing rental properties and decorating to market a home.

Alanna resides in Needham with her husband, two young children, and their Australian shepherd. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, skiing and cheering on her kids at their many sports and activities.
